1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ExpoDeploy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2.Description of Service

ExpoDeploy provides automated mobile application build and deployment services. Our platform allows you to:

• •Connect your GitHub repositories for automated build triggers
• •Configure branch-based build rules and deployment pipelines
• •Submit applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• •Monitor build status and receive notifications
• •Manage team collaboration and permissions

3.Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• •Maintain and promptly update your account information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.Subscription and Billing

Some aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• •Infringe on intellectual property rights
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• •Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal
• •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6.Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ExpoDeploy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.

7.Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ExpoDeploy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8.Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

9.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
